Intersil is creating a pool of talent to draw from for a variety of humorous and informative videos designed for YouTube.  Initially, we would like to know who is available and interested in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area.  Shooting times and locations will vary, but the shoots will generally be short (around three hours) and the result will placed be online to entertain and educate.

We have some specific types we are looking for, but the list is varied and changing, so we are interested anyone that would like to appear in video shorts.  If you fit a need, we’ll let you know.  It would be great to include a picture with your reply.

While our primary interest is in on-camera talent (actors and actresses), if you are interested in behind-the-scenes work, let us know.

Ray and Migdalia Etheridge are looking for a male actor (18-40), to play a small part in "THE VACANT HOUSE".  The role has a couple of lines, and will be shot on SUNDAY, MARCH 2nd.  The role pays $25.00 and will be filmed in Palm Bay.

"THE VACANT HOUSE" is a direct-to-video feature film, and it is being shot on mini-DV.   The project is the Etheridges' fifth film, and has been in production since February 9th.  Completion date is March 15th.

This is PAID shoot ($25 hour) and non-speaking roles. The shoot will take roughly an hour for each person. You will be set up for a specific time to shoot your scene (depending on which role you have) and it will be shot within an hours time. Shots from the shoot will also be included in associated web site and brochures.
